Refund Policy

Customers need to have a valid credit card/ debit card for availing the services of USA Tech Desk LLC online. USA Tech Desk LLC can at any time accept or reject a demand made via a credit card/ debit card.

USA Tech Desk LLC' support services begin from the moment on which the agreement is contracted and the payment is made.

If any customer does not receive a solution for the issue called for in the PC within 7 days from the date of issue then the customer is entitled to get a complete refund from the USA Tech Desk LLC.

In case the original issue is not fixed or re-appears within 7 days, then the refund will only be processed once verified by the technical team.

In case customer share computer screen with any other technical party or any local technical group then USA Tech Desk LLC would not be responsible for any damages or changes made in the computer and there will be NO REFUND shall be given for the same.

There will be no refunds for cancellations made after a successful issue resolution or after 7 days of the service.

If we fail to fix even single issue, then we will provide a full refund of the amount paid however, in case one of the issues is fixed, then there will be a one time service fees charged from the total amount.
